FURTHER, that heart attacks occur prematurely, resulting in the high morbidity and mortality for this illness, and

FURTHER, that intervention can prevent this prematurity, and

FURTHER, that educating the community in the early symptoms of heart attack and the need to act appropriately are strageties to offset these horrendous statistics, and

FURTHER, that education can be provided to the adults to reprogram their response when early symptoms are recognized, and that primary programming can take place in our education system, and

FURTHER, that action be taken early to get victims into a suer-friendly hospital sytem for protection and Early Cardiac Care.

WE RESOLVE to uphold these principles. So be it.
