1. Your privacy is always protected.
www.ehac.org has the utmost respect for your personal privacy. The email address that you provide upon joining one of our lists will not be revealed as yours to outside agents. Should this policy change, you will be notified via email and given the chance to remove yourself from our lists(s).

2. You will always have the right to remove yourself, no questions asked, from www.ehac.org mailing and discussion lists.
We understand that opinions and decisions can change over time, so you are always free to opt-out of ehac.org mailing and discussion lists. You have several options for doing so should that ever become your decision. You can reply to a list mailing with the subject "Unsubscribe" and you will be removed from that list. Or, you can click on the unsubscribe link that is provided at the end of each list mailing and your address will be removed.

3. You will not receive spam.
www.ehac.org adheres to a strict anti-spam policy so you will never receive unwanted emails that have nothing to do with your list topic. You will receive only commercial emails relating to the mailing lists to which you subscribe.

Security

www.ehac.org uses all efforts to protect the confidentiality of all personal information, using items such as Secure Servers. Employee access to data collected is limited via secure password with limited distribution and log in. However, www.ehac.org does not unconditionally guarantee security on the Internet.
